Famhug is operated by Fikatec LLC, a company registered in Japan, based in Hakodate, Hokkaido. All references to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fikatec LLC.
Products
We sell made-to-order print-on-demand clothing items. Each product is produced individually when an order is placed. Product images and colors displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing variations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
Orders and Payment
All orders are processed securely through KOMOJU and PayPal. KOMOJU handles credit card payments and other Japan-supported payment methods. PayPal allows payment using PayPal balances or linked cards and accounts.
We do not store your full payment details. All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by these providers.
Prices are displayed in local currencies where possible. Taxes (including Japanese consumption tax, where applicable) are handled automatically through Printful, our production partner.
Orders are considered final once confirmed. Customers may request cancellation or address changes immediately after placing the order by contacting us at hello@famhug.jp. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
Shipping
Fulfilment and delivery are handled by Printful, which operates warehouses and fulfilment centers globally.
Orders are shipped from the facility closest to the delivery address whenever possible.
Estimated delivery times:
- Japan: typically 5–10 business days
- International: typically 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs, and warehouse workload. As all items are print-on-demand, production may take additional time during high-volume periods.
We are not responsible for delays, customs duties, or issues caused by shipping carriers, though we will assist customers in resolving delivery problems whenever possible.
Returns and Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for size, color, or preference reasons.
However, we will provide a replacement or full refund if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request this, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@famhug.jp with clear photos of the issue.
At our discretion, we may offer store credit or a replacement for convenience.
We cannot guarantee refunds for items returned without prior approval.
Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, logos, images, and branding appearing on this Website are the intellectual property of Fikatec LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fikatec LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or products.
We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or that product colors and specifications will perfectly match those displayed online.
If any liability is found, it shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
Force Majeure
Fikatec LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, supply chain disruptions, or acts of government.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hokkaido, Japan.
